PC Tune-Up Day
The 2nd Annual Mounwest FREE PC Tune-Up Day will be held on Friday April the 26th. The IT 270 Computer Repair classes along with their Instructor Joshua Joseph are inviting ALL Mountwest Students, Faculty and Staff to bring their personal computers/laptops to campus for a free diagnosis, virus removal and cleanup. This is completely free to students, faculty and staff. Due to confidentiality and security issues you will be asked to sign a waiver before your computer can be worked on, which is standard procedure for this type of work.
Drop-Off of computer is from 8:30am-11:30am
Pickup of computer is from 1:00pm-3:30pm
This is to give ample time to work on computers and also means you do not have to wait around if you have classes or other obligations to tend to.
Appointments are not necessary for those who want to drop their computer off and pick up later.
The person who drops off the computer must be the person to pick it up unless arrangements have been made otherwise. We will not release the computer back to someone with the responsible party's permission.
If this is not an option for you another option is scheduling an appointment with Joshua Joseph in which they can meet with you and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any computers that are not picked up but, we will hold onto all computers that are not picked up.
